Together, Sofie and Bella welcome you and weave their shared worlds of sound, flowers, embodied practice and inner enquiry into a layered and playful experience.
Sound sits at the heart of our days
Through immersive sound workshops, deep listening, flower meditation, improvisation and playful exploration, we become curious about sound beyond performance or the dance floor experinces, as a way of listening inward, connecting outward and entering altered rhythms of attention and love
T H E I N T E N T I O N
We will explore the listening body and inner sound body, vibration and silence, the sounds of the landscape, and the meeting place between sound and contemplative practice. There will be space to experiment, create and share, alongside opportunities to simply receive and listen.
Around this, our days weave through embodied yoga, meditation with flowers and flower essences, nature connection, circle, rest and spacious pockets of time with nowhere else to be.
Flowers and the living landscape accompany us throughout , sensory companions, quiet teachers and invitations into beauty, presence and the subtle.
There will be moments to journey inward and moments to come together.
Sound and silence.
