This is not about chasing a toned bum or tum , but perhaps about toning the vagus nerve, softening into your body, and reconnecting with who you already are.

The Framework
All of my 1:1 coaching is rooted in my Root → Reflect → Reweave → Rise method:
Root - Grounding in the body and breath, calming the nervous system.
Reflect - Gently exploring patterns, stories, and beliefs with compassion.
Reweave - Integrating new tools, practices, and ways of being.
Rise - Stepping forward with more clarity, balance, and trust in yourself.
This framework blends yoga, breath work, somatic practices, and guided reflection to support lasting, embodied change.
Every journey begins with a free 30-minute discovery call a warm, no-pressure space to connect, explore your needs, and see if my approach feels right for you.
