We live in a society that often fosters competition, pressure, and disconnection where the inner critic can grow loud and relentless Finding a safe, compassionate space within ourselves is an act of inner alchemy transforming self-judgment into love, softness, and presence In this sense, returning to love is also a quiet form of activism reclaiming a part of ourselves that the world often asks us to forget
Yoga is a path of devotion and on this path we can discover a portal back to a warm, grounding place of love…. When we come to our mats, the mind may whisper little tricks “You are not good enough” “I wish I looked different” and so on In this workshop, I will guide you to a softer place where love reminds you of your deeper wisdom and resilience From here, we can navigate life with more ease, tenderness, and courage
This world needs us to stand in love, to stand with compassion more now than ever before Recently I have been reminding students and clients Life already has its darkness can you find your inner light, the love that is there Can you live from this place and gently see what happens
