‍ ‍learning the

language of the heart

from many directions

I'm Bella, a guide of yoga, sound, and the inner landscapes, learning the language of the heart from many directions.

Here I am, meeting you in this wildly beautiful, painful life.

My work is rooted in Indian and Buddhist philosophy, and equally in the quieter philosophy of my own life; the wisdom gathered through love and loss, devotion and tenderness, and the continual returning home to myself.

I trained in yoga in both India and London, yet my deepest teacher has always been life itself. My practice continues to evolve through contemplative study, meditation, psychotherapy training, and the countless moments of being human. Every person I meet becomes a teacher, revealing something new about love, suffering, presence, and what it means ‘to be’.

For the past nine years, I have walked alongside people navigating trauma, addiction, homelessness, and profound change. Alongside this work, I have met life deeply myself, discovering that healing is rarely about fixing ourselves, but about learning to stay with ourselves, exactly as we are.

I have become endlessly curious about suffering, and equally curious about love. My path is an ongoing enquiry into how the two are woven together, and how compassion, devotion, and presence gently transform the way we relate to life, self, and all beings.

Yoga is one doorway into this exploration, but not the only one. Everything I offer is woven from the same threads: love, compassion, devotion and ritual. It is an offering born from lived experience, years of practice, ongoing study, and a quiet trust that much of what we seek already lives within us.

Its love.

I hope our paths meet at a time when you need it most. Or perhaps simply at a time when your heart is open, and something within you is quietly searching.

I look forward to practising, breathing, moving, laughing, resting, and loving together.

Digging deep.

"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."

huge love,

Bella
