Welcome, dear soul.
“You Are the Medicine” is a gentle but powerful return to self ,
a space to weave yoga into the fabric of your being.
Born from my own lived experience and a deep, curious desire to share, this space is an exploration of a journey back to the Self , one that stretches far beyond the yoga mat, dropping deep into the heart, the mind, and the life. My offerings weave together threads of both Buddhist and Indian philosophy, gently blended with the embodied wisdom I’ve gathered along the way.
This is for everyone.
For anyone hearing a quiet whisper… or perhaps feeling a loud ache… for something more.
Whether you feel grounded or scattered, thriving or searching, this work meets you exactly where you are.
Yoga derives from the word yug, meaning to unite.
And so, perhaps yoga can be our path to inner union.
A wild journey.
Stop and smell the flowers, my love.
Be here, even if here feels like a storm.
Notice the birds , they are singing to you.
Listen to the gentle harmony of this practice , one that holds both discipline and intuition, structure and softness, presence and the deepest love.
From my soul, I offer what yoga has gifted me over many years,
a journey back to the heart, where the true self is found.
It’s not always elegant or easy, as we may hope…
But this is my invitation:
Can we open space for there to be a journey?
Can we dissolve the blocks?
Can we soften the harshness, move through discomfort?
Can we meet ourselves , again and again?
This wellness brand is an offering.
A home.
A space for honest, human, heart-led exploration.
Not spiritual bypassing.
Not perfection.
Not an escape.
But a rooting into this life , this body, this experience.
Breathing into that.
I believe yoga is a medicine.

My Journey
I met yoga over 10 years ago when my mum invited me to a local class. I often think back to those early evenings , not just the postures, but the curiosity I felt, the simple desire to find stillness in a busy mind. Since then, yoga has walked with me through life’s many seasons , including some incredibly painful ones. It has helped me reconnect, rebuild, and remember myself.
No journey is easy. Perhaps Yoga can’t simply “fix” what feels broken.
But in my experience, yoga guides us back to a place of healing.
Toward wholeness.
Toward love.
Yoga has taught me to come home to myself again and again. It has given me strength when I felt weak, clarity when I felt lost, and purpose when I felt unsure. For this, I am endlessly grateful, and it’s from this place that I now guide others.

Over the past six years, I have deepened my knowledge and skills in mental health through a variety of professional trainings, including:
Mental Health Coaching – completed with YMCA, focusing on compassionate support and motivational techniques
Managing Challenging Behaviours – practical strategies to respond effectively and empathetically
Suicide and Self-Harm Awareness – training to recognize, support, and safely respond to individuals at risk
Motivational Interviewing – a collaborative communication style to encourage positive change and empower individuals
These trainings inform and enrich my holistic approach, allowing me to support individuals with sensitivity, awareness, and practical tools grounded in mental health best practices.
I am currently undertaking a postgraduate psychotherapy training with the Karuna Institute, further expanding my understanding and skills in mental health and therapeutic practice.

With a background in mental health work , particularly supporting individuals experiencing addiction, trauma, and emotional overwhelm , my practice is deeply trauma-informed and rooted care. I weave yoga, sound, breath, and presence to create experiences that are grounding, accessible, and deeply human.
